Two Torrens title houses on a 690 square metre block in Linnea were acquired for $400,000. The construction of the two-story residences cost an additional $600,000, bringing the total investment to $1 million, excluding stamp duty and interest. Upon completion, each house was sold for $690,000 and $695,000 respectively, resulting in a combined sale price of just under $1.4 million.
