This development project in Liverpool encompasses a 1,500 square meter site. We received approval for the construction of eight townhouses.
The land acquisition cost was slightly under $2.4 million, and construction expenses amounted to just over $2.6 million, excluding interest. The total cost, including stamp duty, was approximately $5 million. With each townhouse having a resale value of approximately $780,000, the total revenue generated was just over $6.2 million.
