A 1,200 square meter block in Casula for $900,000, designated for the development of a freehold, double-storey, four-bedroom H1 house. The construction of three houses on this plot cost $300,000 each, totaling $900,000. Thus, the overall investment for the project amounted to $1.8 million, excluding stamp duty and interest. Upon completion, each house was sold for an average of $820,000, generating a total revenue of just over $2.4 million.
