This Carramar property comprises 36 units, including 18 two-bedroom and 18 one-bedroom apartments. Acquired in 2017 for just under $10 million, we invested an additional $3.5 million in external renovations and necessary BCA upgrades. The improvements resulted in an end value of $400,000 per two-bedroom unit and $350,000 per one-bedroom unit, culminating in a total property valuation of approximately $15 million, compared to a total investment of $13 million.
