This 20-unit complex in Bankstown comprises exclusively two-bedroom apartments. Among these, 12 units feature double garages, while the remaining eight have single garages. The total acquisition cost for the property was $7.5 million, equating to an average purchase price of just under $380,000 per unit, which represents an excellent investment opportunity in the Bankstown area. Following a renovation project costing $2 million, or approximately $100,000 per unit, the end value of each unit rose to $580,000. This renovation resulted in an increase in equity of approximately $80,000 per unit.
