This block of nine units in Auburn was purchased for $3.2 million in 2021, seven two bidders and two one bidders, just under $1 million in renovation costs to render the outside and do cosmetic improvements to all the internal parts of the unit. With a resale value of about 550 grand per unit, which equates to about $80,000 profit per unit.
